Yes.
Unless otherwise stated tickets are always included within the tour page, even if the ticket prices are amended after the tour has been booked.
Payments can only be made in Pounds (£), Euros (€) or USD ($) at this time.
Deposits for tours booked online can be paid online only.
Payments for tour completion can be made with cash or by card.
No, if you book well in advance.
There will be more demand for rock tours during the maintence period so it is adviced you book your tour well in advance but there should be no change to your experience on the day.
Not really.
We recommend comfortable and sturdy walking shoes and a hat to protect against the sun. We also suggest you bring sun cream especially for warmer days.
Until 7 days before your tour:
Any cancelations are fully refundable.
Between 2-7 days before your tour:
Any pre payment on the full tour cost is fully refundable, but your deposit is not.
Less than 24 hours before your tour:
Neither your deposit nor any pre-payment will be refundable, unless cancelled due to external factors, such as your cruise ship being unable to dock due to weather conditions.
Unless otherwise stated all tours will end in the town centre.
The group drop off point can be amended on request at time of booking.

All of our guides are bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.

Only service dogs (with documentation) are permitted on the tour.
As the barbary macaques pose a risk to dogs and can be found at a majority of sites the service dog will need to remain in the vehicle for a majority of the tour. Please notify us at time of booking if you will be bringing a service dog so we can make any necessary arangements.
No.
None of our vehicles have wheelchair lifts at this moment in time.
Booking directly is the cheapest option with us because we don't have to pay a commission on your booking. This is also why we include tickets in the price if you book with us directly.
We try to ensure direct booking remains competitive compared to booking through other providers and offer very similar cancellation and alteration policies between platforms.
